1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (www.travelplannerindia.com), submitting an enquiry, or engaging our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Travel Planner India ("Company," "we," "us"), registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

2. Services Offered

Travel Planner India provides travel planning, tour package booking, accommodation arrangements, transportation, guided tours, and related travel services within and related to India. We act as both a principal (for our own packages) and as an agent (for third-party supplier bookings).

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Travel Planner India.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from us and payment of the required deposit.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers in the group.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Booking confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of successful payment receipt.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.
• A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (for international clients).
• All card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee.
• Prices do not include personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, or items not specified in the package inclusions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@indusodyssey.com. The following charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost forfeited
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost forfeited
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost forfeited
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost forfeited (no refund)
• No-show: 100% of total tour cost forfeited

Certain suppliers (airlines, specific hotels) may have their own cancellation policies which may be stricter than the above. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Changes & Amendments

• Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees.
• Date changes requested more than 30 days before departure: ₹1,500 per person administration fee plus any supplier charges.
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure. We will provide equivalent or superior alternatives where possible.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal liability, and loss of baggage. Travel Planner India is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

8. Passports, Visas & Documentation

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, visas, permits, and any other documentation required for the trip. Travel Planner India will provide guidance but is not responsible for any loss or additional costs arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

9. Health & Medical Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for their chosen tour. Some destinations (high altitude, adventure activities) may have specific health requirements. Please consult your physician and inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking.

10. Force Majeure

Travel Planner India shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic/epidemic, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or partial refunds at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Travel Planner India's total liability to any client for any reason shall not exceed the total tour cost paid by that client. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers).

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to your tour guide or our support line so we can address them promptly.
• Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return via email to info@indusodyssey.com.
• We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
• Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of Travel Planner India and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our express written consent.

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
